Gail offered some insight, “I appreciate how much they can do remotely. Their office is 60 miles away from me, so when I have a problem and an office full of patients, I can call or email him and tell him I need the problem addressed immediately. His team gets on remotely, and 95% of the time, they fix it remotely!”
She continued, “He also backs up everything off-premise and has a backup server here in case our main server fails. I don’t have to worry about my files here or being able to continue doing business, if something happens to my building, he has all of that backed up! Plus they’re very responsive, and if they can’t do something right away, they email me right back and say it’ll be a few minutes. They always keep me informed!”
