FIXED – Internet Explorer Bug-Of-The-Day
Quick and easy…watch this video (about 1.5 minutes long) and paste in the commands listed below as shown. For our managed clients, we’re doing this for you behind the scenes so don’t worry about it (we’ve got you covered!). This works for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8, but you must have administrative rights to your computer for it to work.
The commands that need to be pasted in (as shown in the video) are these 2 bolded lines:

regsvr32 -u -s “%CommonProgramFiles%Microsoft SharedVGXvgx.dll”
regsvr32 -u -s “%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%Microsoft SharedVGXvgx.dll”

Press enter after the last one (as shown in the video). Note that Windows XP does not have the “run as administrator” in the menu as shown (if you have admin rights to the computer, it’s already running as administrator!).
You may try to download the following “batch file” and run it instead of trying the copy-paste method, but your computer’s security settings (antivirus, policies, etc.) may not let it run or may accuse it of being a virus. It’s not a virus, just a file containing the 2 lines above. It doesn’t hurt to try, but pasting the above is the most likely way to get this change applied to your computer.
